Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best possible service for our patients, and with mutual respect between provider and patient, Eterna Vein & Medical Aesthetics has the following CANCELLATION POLICY for all appointments:

Patients must give 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a CONSULTATION or FOLLOW-UP appointment. Patients who do not give 24 hour notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Patients who are scheduled for any PROCEDURE (including but not limited to injectables, exfoliating treatments, energy-based treatments, vein treatments) must give 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Patients failing to give 24 hour notice will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

If you will be more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, at the discretion of your provider, in order to provide an effective treatment. In the event the appointment needs to be rescheduled you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

The cancellation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and due in full prior to your next appointment.

By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to the CANCELLATION POLICY.
